Ronald S. Heymann handles a wide variety of family practice issues including divorce, support, custody, and pre-nuptial agreements. During his 30 years of practice he has become an experienced trial attorney in the family division as well as in the civil division. Mr. Heymann has represented multiple personal injury clients that have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements. Ronald Heymann has been involved as a lobbyist for several health care organizations for over 20 years including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as well as the New Jersey Citizens Coalition For Cures. Following 9/11 Mr. Heymann and the firm represented several victims on a pro bono basis before the 9/11 Compensation Fund obtaining several million dollar awards for victims' families as part of a program through Trial Lawyers Care.

Mr. Fletcher is a volunteer panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement program as well as a Court approved Economic Mediator. Mr. Fletcher is also a member of the New Jersey Battered Woman's Legal Advocacy Program Executive Committee and actively participates in the representation of indigent women who are victims of domestic violence.

Domestic Violence, Divorce and Municipal Court: Dana M. Van Leuven

Dana M. Van Leuven, joined the firm in May 2009. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar. Dana is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris and Sussex County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association. Within the New Jersey State Bar Association, Dana serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division.
Dana received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2003 where she double majored in American Studies and Sociology and was a Rutgers Outstanding Scholar. After graduating college, Dana earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York in 2007. While at Hofstra, Dana focused her studies on family law and was awarded the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Family Law. Included in Dana’s activities at Hofstra was her participation in the school’s Child Advocacy Clinic where she actively represented abused and neglected children in child protection proceedings in Nassau and Queens Counties. Upon completion of law school, Dana served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey Monmouth County.
Thereafter, Dana entered private practice focusing on family law and related issues. These include divorce, civil union dissolution, pre-nuptial agreements, child support, grandparent visitation, and domestic violence. These are complex areas of the law which require a delicate, but dedicated approach to ensure the emotional and financial impacts are minimized. Regardless of the type of case, as a young attorney, Dana offers a fresh and informed perspective. Sandra is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia. She was a participant in the Honor's Program and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 2008, Sandra received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a Dean's Scholar. During law school, Sandra interned for the Honorable Richard J. Donohue, J.S.C. as well as the Honorable Harriet Farber Klein, J.S.C.
Prior to joining Heymann & Fletcher, Sandra worked in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, J.S.C.
