Ronald S. Heymann handles a wide variety of family practice issues including divorce, support, custody, and pre-nuptial agreements. During his 30 years of practice he has become an experienced trial attorney in the family division as well as in the civil division. Mr. Heymann has represented multiple personal injury clients that have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements. Ronald Heymann has been involved as a lobbyist for several health care organizations for over 20 years including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as well as the New Jersey Citizens Coalition For Cures. Following 9/11 Mr. Heymann and the firm represented several victims on a pro bono basis before the 9/11 Compensation Fund obtaining several million dollar awards for victims' families as part of a program through Trial Lawyers Care.

Stephen K. Fletcher is a partner at Heymann & Fletcher. He has been practicing law for 30 years. His areas of practice focus on family law, domestic violence, municipal and real estate transactions. Mr. Fletcher is a volunteer panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement program as well as a Court approved Economic Mediator. Mr. Fletcher is also a member of the New Jersey Battered Woman's Legal Advocacy Program Executive Committee and actively participates in the representation of indigent women who are victims of domestic violence.

Sandra Lomenzo joined the firm in September 2009. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New jersey.
Sandra is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia. She was a participant in the Honor's Program and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 2008, Sandra received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a Dean's Scholar. During law school, Sandra interned for the Honorable Richard J. Donohue, J.S.C. as well as the Honorable Harriet Farber Klein, J.S.C.
Prior to joining Heymann & Fletcher, Sandra worked in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, J.S.C.

Diane McKernan, Esq.
An associate for the firm, Diane McKernan was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1983. She has been of counsel with the firm since 1987 and in April 2011 became an associate. While Of Counsel, Diane primarily concentrated her practice areas to Estate matters and Real Estate. Diane is currently focusing on civil practice, including areas such as personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, contract law and civil litigation. Diane's wealth of experience and knowledge that she has gained over more than twenty-five years of practice as well as her personal attention to detail are invaluable to both our firm and the clients she represents.

Shai Mehani, Esq.
Shai Mehani joined the firm as an associate in September 2011 and is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars. While attending law school, Shai was a recipient of the Janet D. Steiger Fellowship and a Gold Public Service Certificate. In addition, Shai was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Negotiation and co-coached the 2009 Brooklyn Law School Negotiation Team.
Prior to joining the firm, Shai was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stuart A. Minkowitz, Judge of the Superior Court, Morris County. This clerkship gave Shai an inside perspective into the judiciary system. As a result, Shai gained invaluable experience related to family matters including divorce, custody and child support issues as well as post-judgment litigation. Additionally, Shai was introduced to criminal litigation after Judge Minkowitz was reassigned to the Criminal Division.
As the newest member of the firm, Shai is presently concentrating on matrimonial and family related matters.
